Add a referring attending
Resolve once, reuse
A resident or fellow calling on your behalf is a valid referral under GR 4.4.3, but the claim needs the
attending's Prac ID, not the caller's. Ask for the attending's name on the call, resolve the number
once through your billing agent or the Practitioner ID Extract Report on H-Link, and keep it here.
The same handful of names will cover most of your service weeks.
